All-In-One and Seniors Take Center Stage This Week

What a win for our Trojans!!  Friday’s game was amazing and the band enjoyed cheering the football team on to a fantastic victory over Kell!  Now to get ready to face Paulding County High School this Friday night!

  • Monday (10/23/17)
    • NO REHEARSAL
    • Sell All-In-One!!!
  • Tuesday (10/24/17)
    • Wind Ensemble Rehearsal  3:30 – 6:00 PM
    • Sell All-In-One!!!
  • Thursday (10/26/17)
    • FULL BAND  3:45 – 5:00 PM
    • All-In-One turn-in night  4:00 pm – 6:00 PM
      • Please bring your All-In-One receipts and payments to the band room Thursday evening between 4 pm and 6 pm.
        • ** Please remember to ask your teachers, neighbors, friends, and family to buy fruit or meat and support the Trojan Band!
        • **Remember that it is expected that each student in band & color guard sell at least 15 items or donate $250 to the band.
  • Friday (10/27/17)
    • Seniors, this is your night to be recognized!  BPI photography will be available for seniors and their families at 6:00 pm in the cafeteria.  Seniors should be in their band uniform and report with their parents/escorts to the cafeteria by 6:00 pm to meet with Ms. Hibbard and begin to get organized and in the correct lineup.  The ceremony will begin sometime between 6:50-7 pm.  Seniors and escorts will be admitted into the game as a group.  Seniors need to complete the online Senior Night Registration Form by Monday, October 23, 2017.  Questions should be directed to Alison.Hibbard@CarrolltonCitySchools.net Link to register:  https://goo.gl/dbRTWy
    • Seniors will participate in the remainder of pregame following the ceremony and can just walk to their spots for the Star Spangled Banner to join our team.
  • All other band student’s itinerary:
    • 6:00 pm – get in uniforms
    • 6:25 pm – Report to band room in uniform for a quick stand tunes rehearsal
    • 6:35 pm – Depart band room for CHS Amp
    • 6:45 pm – Performance in the CHAMP (CHS amp)
    • 7:00 pm – March to Pre-Game
    • 7:30 pm – kick off
    • Pick up at the band room following the game
    • To volunteer:
    • We will have an optional social following the game at American Pie!  Students will need their own money & transportation to and from American Pie. Please be sure to pick your student up m American Pie by 10:45 pm.

If you donated items to be used during the LoC, they may be picked up in the band room. Please try to get them as soon as possible. Thank you!
