2015 Carrollton High School Band BBQ Is Here!

BBQ_cIt’s time for our annual Carrollton High School Band BBQ!  The BBQ will be held on May 7th, 2015 at Grisham Stadium at the visitors’ side concessions area between the hours of 11am and 6:45pm.

Tickets are available now through April 23rd, 2015 from any high school band parent, student, “or” at the Carrollton High School Band Room. Regular tickets are available for $7.50 and provide a BBQ sandwich, chips, dessert, & a drink. Double sandwich tickets are available for $11.00 and provide two BBQ sandwiches, a bag of chips, one dessert, & a drink. In addition to a wonderful meal, each ticket sold is good for the band performance at 5:30pm the day of the event and entry into a raffle for a chance to win a Chromebook. The drawing will be held after the CHS Bands take the field to play at 5:30pm. Attendance is not required to win!

So please, get your ticket(s) today and support the Carrollton High School Band Program!

Current high school band parents, students and boosters:  If you were unable to pick up your BBQ fundraiser packet on Thursday, April 2nd, 2015 at the Spring Concert, please stop by the band room as soon as possible and get yours from Mrs. Dothard. Every band student/family is expected to participate in this fundraiser by selling their alloted BBQ tickets. Thanks you in advance for your efforts.
