Although this is a short week, no school on Friday, it is a very important week for us! All three bands have performances at Large Group Performance Evaluations on Thursday, and our Winter Guard competes at Creekview High School as their last performance before Championships in Chattanooga the weekend of Spring Break.

Day of the Race
Parents who are volunteering on Saturday, the shift is from 6:00AM – 10:00AM, but those who are assisting with clean up may take until 11:00AM at the latest. Thank you so much for your assistance with raising money so that we can provide the best possible experiences for your children!
The fun run is a 1 mile option for kids 12 & Under. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place male and female will receive an award for the fun run.
The 5K is open to all participants. The cost is $25.00 per participants and students can sign-up for $15.00 each.

Parent Volunteer Link • Student Volunteer Preference
Most students will be stationed on the course to cheer on runners and play pep-tunes as the runners run by. Students assigned to assist with set-up should report at 7:00AM. Students performing in spirit ensembles need to report by 8:00AM and you should be in your location with your instrument by 8:45AM. The race begins at 9:00AM and should be finished by 10:30AM. Students assigned to clean up should may need to stay a little longer, but we should be finished by 11:00AM at the latest.

Waiting List for the NY Trip

There are a few registrations pending, but with the current registrations and pending ones, we are at 130 travelers exactly. If you haven’t signed up, you are welcome to register but you might be added to a waiting list and you will be notified when a spot opens up. Visit this website for more information about the trip.
Snacks still needed for Winterguard

During the fall we were blessed by donations for our marching band! During the winter season we will be traveling with our Winterguard and feeding them during long rehearsals. Thank you so much for your support of all of our students!
