Trojans are 12-0!

We love you #42… This one is for you, Chase.

After a tough week, we dedicated our performance of Battle Hymn to Chase McDaniel on Friday during halftime.  Music has a way of engaging emotions when words are difficult.  We hope that our tribute brought some comfort to our community.

Our Trojans were victorious over Veterans and advanced to the Quarter Finals of the state playoffs. This Friday night we continue the fight as we go head to head with Buford with another home game.  Report time is 6:15PM in uniform.  Let’s pray for clear weather!

Also on Friday and Saturday this past week, we had amazing volunteers help us with the annual All in One Pick Up!  Thank you so much for blessing our students with your service!  Volunteers started around 6:30AM and worked until 6:00PM on Friday then continued from 8:00AM – 12:00PM on Saturday.  It truly takes a village!  Thank you for loving us and dedicating your time to us!

HEALTH CLASS

The health class submission was due by Friday.  If your child has not completed the requirements yet for this class, please have them complete it this week!  If it is not completed, then they may have to take Health and PE in person, which will limit their number of elective classes.  Please double check and encourage your child to complete the work ASAP.

Students participating in the health class should be completed with the eADAP course from the GA Department of Drivers Services. Please double-check with your child to verify that they have completed that course and submitted a certificate to me either in person or a PDF via email. This is the most important aspect of the class as it qualifies our students to apply for their driver’s license. Once they have finished the eADAP course online, then they complete the 9 Unit exams via Google Classroom and they are done. Due dates are listed in Classroom to allow students to complete the class before their semester becomes too hectic. I will be lenient with the due dates so long as all coursework is completed and turned in by the Thanksgiving Break. Thank you for your assistance in keeping your child on track.
