• 4:30PM Eat Chick-fil-a* (please bring $3 for the meal or $5 to help a friend)
• 5:30PM In Concert Attire and load buses
• 5:45PM Depart for the PAC
• 6:00PM Watch other bands
• 6:20PM Concert Band heads to the warm-up (in audience after performance)
• 7:00PM Symphonic Band heads to the warm-up (in audience after performance)
• 7:40PM Wind Ensemble heads to the warm-up room
• 9:00PM Return to CHS after Wind Ensemble’s performance
