• Lunch will be at American Pie: $7.00. Please bring exact change to pay Mr. Carr on Friday. Money will be collected on the way to American Pie and we will pay as 1 group.

Our Winter Guard competes this Saturday at Flowery Branch High School as they continue their SAPA Competition schedule. At their previous competition which was held at McEachern HS in the WGI Circuit they made finals and performed again on Saturday! Then captured 3rd place overall at the Atlanta Regional! If you see one of our Winter Guard members, please congratulate them on their fantastic season so far!

They will be selling Raffle Tickets for a Smart TV soon in preparation for their trip to SAPA Championships in Chattanooga, TN.

Trip Reminders!

I hope that those of you going on this amazing trip have begun paying for it! Don’t let the deadlines sneak up on you! Super Holiday Tours has 4 deadlines for payments, and one is quickly approaching! March 23rd due date to have $459 paid on each account! Remember, you have already paid $50 as a deposit, so you will need to have paid an additional $419 by March 23rd. Super Holiday Tours will be handling delinquent accounts this time.

ALL travelers need to register on the Super Holiday Tours Website at www.superholiday.com and going to Online Trip Registration. Our trip code is: CHS30117-18B. Please complete that registration ASAP! All the accounting for the trip is being done by them so they need you to register so they can apply the funds you have paid to your account.

Band Barbecue

The Band Barbecue is one of our primary fundraisers for the general band booster funds. These funds are used throughout the year to provide transportation, props, food, insurance, etc. We will have a BBQ planning meeting March 27th at 6:30 pm in the a location to be determined. Please join us and help us plan the best BBQ yet!

Upcoming Fundraiser

We will have a Coca Cola Fundraiser starting in mid May. It will be for individuals going on the Hollywood Trip to earn funds that will be applied directly to their trip accounts.
