Trojan Band Trip to Disney

February 23 – February 27 2022

The estimated cost of the trip is $948 based on 220 travelers. Registrants will be accepted on a first come first served basis with priority given to CHS Trojan Band students, an adequate number of chaperones, and then family members. If the trip fills up, but you are interested in traveling, then you name will be added to a waiting list when you register until availability opens up. Anyone on the waiting list is not guaranteed a spot and should not make a deposit or payments until notified.

Wednesday, February 23rd:

  • 9:30am Report with luggage to load buses.
  • 10am Busses Depart  for ORLANDO!
  • 1:30 Driver stop GA/FL Welcome Center Chick Fil A delivered  
  • 6pm Arrive Andretti Racing 
    • Dinner, racing, and 2 hours of arcades included
  • 9pm Load bus /depart for late check into hotel
    • Towne Place Suites Flamingo Crossings

Thursday, February 24th:

  • 7am Breakfast 
  • 8:15am Load bus 
  • 8:30am Depart for Hollywood Studios
  • 9am Enter park 
    lunch and dinner with $40 dining cards 
  • 9:30pm Load busses and depart for hotel

Friday, February 25th: (tentative)

  • 7am Breakfast 
  • 8:15am Load bus 
  • 8:30am Depart for Magic Kingdom
  • 9am Enter park lunch and dinner with $40 dining cards 
  • Parade Performance (TBD)
  • 9:30pm Load busses and depart for hotel

Saturday, February 26th:

  • 7am Breakfast 
  • 8am Load luggage/bus 
  • 8:30 Depart for ANIMAL KINGDOM (drivers return to rest) 
  • 9am enter park lunch and dinner with $40 dining cards 
  • 9:30 Load busses and depart for home
  • 10pm Stop at Okahumpka Service Plaza to freshen up

Sunday, February 27th:

  • 5am Arrive CHS

Payment Schedule*

  • Non-refundable $50 deposit due by June 28, 2022
  • $100 due July 26, 2022
  • $225 due August 23, 2022
  • $150 due September 27, 2022
  • $150 due October 25, 2022
  • $150 due November 29, 2022
  • Balance due January 14, 2022

*If paying the booster club, payments are due 1 calendar week earlier to allow for processing time.


Payments

All travelers must REGISTER first.

You have multiple options for paying for the trip. You can pay cash to the booster club and your payment will be logged and sent to Super Holiday Tours for processing. This process takes about a week to complete before your payment is posted in the Super Holiday Tours portal.

The trip portal accepts all major credit cards and electronic bank draft.


Cancellation/Changes

Anyone who drops out of the trip will be refunded according to the refund policy stated below. Additionally, anyone who misses three (3) consecutive monthly payments will have their spot(s) revoked and will be refunded according to the refund policy stated below.

All cancellations and changes in the number of attendees must be made in writing, indicating the reason for cancellation, dated and signed by the Group Leader. Because of this we must have time to submit your request to Super Holiday Tours. Below is the cancellation policy:

Travel Protection

The Student Protection Plan has been purchased on behalf of all travelers, which helps protect you after departure.

Insurance for Trip Cancellation is available but has not been purchased on your behalf. After you register for the trip, you will be asked if you would like to add this optional coverage. The cost of the coverage will be due with your first deposit. Travelers only have 20 days from the time of the initial deposit to add the insurance to their account. The Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) insurance covers 75% of the cost of the trip.

*All admission tickets are issued as Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable. Super Holiday Tours strongly suggests that ALL individuals in groups purchase the optional Travel Protection Plan.
