With the week flying by, here are the top 3 things you need to know today!
- All-In One Fundraiser Kick-Off/Packet Pick-up Tomorrow: Our annual All-In-One Fruit & Meat Fundraiser kicks-off this week on Thursday, September 17th, 2015. This is one of our annual fundraisers that the Band Boosters do to provide funding for all of the supporting items that we provide for our students and band staff throughout the year. Strong participation from all parents, guardians and students in this fundraiser helps keep band fees as low as possible. So please make plans to stop by the band room this Thursday between 8:00pm and 9:00pm to pick-up your All-In-One fundraiser packet. All band/guard students will have a packet that will need to be picked up. The fundraiser will last from September 17th, 2014 until October 16th, 2014. A downloadable version of the All-In-One fundraiser packet will be available soon under the “Fundraisers” and ‘Forms” section of our website for those that cannot make it by this Thursday.
- Final Show Shirt Order Ends Tomorrow: This is your last chance to own one of the 2105 Defying Gravity show shirts. Orders will be taken until 9pm Thursday, Sept. 17th, 2015. Shirts are due to arrive by our next home game against Banneker, 9/25/15. Order forms are available in the band room, and online by clicking here or visiting the Forms area of our website. Orders should be dropped off at the band room in a sealed, clearly marked envelope and deposited in the Band Booster box located on the wall behind Ms. Dothard’s desk by 9pm Thursday, 9/17/15. Make sure to include your completed order form and full payment; make checks payable to Trojan Band Boosters.
