The 2015 Band Prom, An Evening in Paris, will be held this Saturday, May 9th from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.

To ensure that this event is a success, we will need lots of help. Please take a moment to review the list of needs below and then be sure to Sign-Up!

1. People to help decorate  – The students have volunteered to do most of the work, we just need some adults there to help guide and assist as needed.  So if you have ideas or stuff that would help with the theme or just want to be a part of what is sure to be a fun evening of decorating, please stop by the band room FRIDAY evening. Decorating will start right after school until they are finished. Ms. Dothard will be present with her ideas and expertise, so if you like to speak with her before Friday, please email or call her at the band room: 770-834-0550
2. People to provide food items – Every good event needs food and an Evening in Paris is no different! So if you can assist with food, drinks etc., please visit the sign-up below to see a list of suggested items. Everyone should be able to find something they can help with food-wise. And for those of you who are Pinterest savvy and want to show of a theme busting french item, bring it on! (Note we are anticipating 60-80 students to attend)
3. Parents to volunteers as chaperones and servers: We will need some brave souls to volunteer for that evening as chaperones and servers, so if you dare… make sure to volunteer on our sign-up sheet.
