As you may know, this Friday – July 30 is a wonderful night. Not only is it the culmination of band camp, but it also represents the Legacy of leadership and excellence of the Trojan band with “Trojan Night.” We serve our band families over 500 meals, the band performs, and we have an amazing ceremony after dark that honors seniors and parents.

But, we need your help. We need to setup some canopies/tents, we need to grill nearly 600 hamburgers, we need to bag these hamburgers along with chips and desserts for our band and family members, and we need to clean all of this up, allowing Senior Parents to be available and ready for the candlelight ceremony.

I’m asking for you to please sign up and help on Friday. This is a wonderful time to reconnect after the past year and grow relationships and build new camaraderie. We have split up the volunteering into two categories:
