With the last regular season game taking place this Friday, we must face the reality that our marching season is winding down. But we are not done just quite yet! So with that in mind, here is our itinerary for this week.

Please note the special activity on Thursday morning were we will need some volunteer help.

• Tuesday – Moe’s Spirit Night – 5:00pm – 8:00pm @ Moe’s of Carrollton
• Tuesday – Winter Guard Meeting – 7:00pm – 8:00pm @ CHS Band Room
• Thursday – Special encore performance of full show for CES– 9:30am
  • We need about 4-6 parents willing and able to come help with props and special effects. If you can help, please arrive at the Band Room at 9am. Should be done by 10am.
• Thursday – Full Band Practice – 3:15pm – 5:00pm
• Thursday – Legacy of Champions Competition Wrap-up meeting  – 6:00pm – 8:00pm in the band room – This meeting will be our final one for this year and will give us a chance to review the successes and opportunities from our competition we hosted back on the 10th of October. This meeting is open to all interested band boosters. If you have personal observations you would like to share, but will not be able to attend, you can email those to us, by Wednesday of this week please, at: chstrojanbands@gmail.com.
• Friday – Football game at Woodward Academy

    • 3:30PM Pizza @ CHS Band Room
    • 4:45PM Call-Time in Uniform
    • 5:00PM Depart CHS
    • 7:30PM Kick-Off
    • Approx 11:30pm* Arrive back at CHS

After Friday night we will find out where we will be playing our first round play-off game, so watch for those updates over the weekend or early next week.
