CHS Trojan Band

The Carrollton High School Trojan Band, one of the oldest band programs in the state, was founded in 1948 by Mr. John Dilliard. Under the leadership of only a handful of directors since, the band's success has been legendary and continues to thrive. In 2013, the band completed its marching season by earning all Superior ratings at local contests for the 41st consecutive year, a feat matched by no other high school band program in Georgia. While the band has had the honor to perform at many state, national and even international events over its history, its favorite venue is still Grisham Stadium, performing for the home crowd on a Friday night!

Welcome Back from Spring Break

Busy week ahead! Congratulations to McKenzie on being selected for a prestigious music camp this summer, and to Hunter and Tyler for participating in the University of Alabama’s Million Dollar Band on Saturday!

SAPA Championships this Weekend!

All three bands participated in Large Group Performance Evaluations (LGPE) and received Superior Ratings, showcasing courage and musicality. The Winter Guard also performed well, ranking 5th at the SAPA Show. Upcoming events include a Friends and Family Show and numerous performances leading to the SAPA Championships. Bands Attend LGPE This Week

5K another success! Thank you so much to the volunteers who made this possible. This week we have LGPE and WG performs at Villa Rica.
Band BBQ Packets will be passed out on Monday during classes. Presales are due back on April 18 from 3:00pm – 5:00pm in the band lobby
