Graduation This Friday

To the Class of 2025, Congratulations! We look forward to celebrating you at Graduation on Friday.

As you stand at the threshold of your next chapter, we want to take a moment to celebrate you, our incredible seniors. Your journey through the Carrollton High School Band has been marked by dedication, resilience, and a deep love for music. From your first note to your final performance, you have brought heart and excellence to every rehearsal, every game, and every competition. You’ve grown into leaders, not just in your sections, but across our entire band family, and we are deeply grateful for the impact you’ve made.

Your commitment has not gone unnoticed. You’ve shown up early, stayed late, pushed through challenges, and set an example for every student who follows in your footsteps. In the face of difficulty, fatigue, or uncertainty, you chose to give your best, and that kind of spirit is rare. Your legacy is not just in the trophies or the shows, but in the way you chose to care, to serve, and to give your all, even when it was hard.

As Mother Teresa once said, “People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered. Forgive them anyway. If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish motives. Be kind anyway… Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough. Give your best anyway.” This charge — to do it anyway — is one you’ve lived. You’ve practiced through the heat, performed through the rain, and encouraged others even when you needed encouragement yourself. You gave your best, not because it was easy, but because it was right. Continue this charge in everything that you do, keeping a humble spirit.

Thank you for choosing to give your best, anyway. Thank you for being the heart of this program. Wherever life takes you next, carry with you the strength, the music, and the memories. You’ll always be part of the Trojan Band family. “Once my band, always my band.” We are so proud of you! Congratulations!
