This past Saturday we hosted our largest LoC to Date with 24 performances! We had visitors all throughout campus all day and the stands were packed in Grisham Stadium! There was standing room only by the end of the competition on the home side and our visitors side was halfway full as well! Congratulations to all of the bands who participated, they all had outstanding performances! Special congratulations to Pope High School for earning the 2023 Grand Champion title!
Many compliments were given throughout the day regarding our attention to detail and the level of customer service that we exhibited. Thank you so much to our LoC Coordinators: Maria Menendez, Sarah Bush, Candie Hicks, Jovita Johnson, Danielle Miley, David Trumble, Matt Clotfelter, Robert Moore, James Moore, Lindy Moore, Yvonne Haley, Holly Garner, Zach Nelson, Michelle Pethel, Matt Pethel, Terri Spears, Jennifer Volk, John Volk, and Heather Warren for your leadership of this event! You have been planning all year to help make this event smooth and we are SO THANKFUL for your assistance in planning, organizing, training, and executing the day! Also, a HUGE Thank you to all of our volunteers who spent the day with us! It took all of us! We had parents, grandparents, siblings, aunts and uncles, friends, and students who volunteered to make this year successful. It wouldn’t have been the same without any one of you. We represented our community extremely well and provided a remarkable experience for all of the students, parents, bus drivers, volunteers, fans, and directors who visited us on Saturday. You all are ROCKSTARS and we love growing together while serving others!! Thank you for your HUSTLE! We will begin planning for next year soon.
