This week the Trojan Band will take the field yet again in Fayetteville as the Football team takes on Whitewater High School in region play. The band will also participate in a community pep-rally at the AMP located near Adamson Square, off Bradley Street, to begin our Homecoming festivities! This is going to be a great event for our community and a chance to show our community the hard work that our students have been doing since the summer. Please let Mr. Carr know immediately if you are unable to attend this event.

In preparation for this week’s activities, here are the itineraries and volunteer sign-up links so that you can make sure to get involved.

Itineraries

Carrollton vs Whitewater @ Whitewater High School Stadium;  100 Wildcat Way, Fayetteville, Georgia 30215 – Friday, October 17, 2014

• 2:30pm – Load Truck
• 4:00pm – Students Report *** Students should bring some money for concessions later in the evening
  
• 4:45pm – Students need to be in full uniform
• 5:00pm – Depart for Fayette County High School
  
• 6:30pm –  Arrive at Fayette County High School
  
• 7:30pm – Kick-off
• 10:00pm* – Depart for Carrollton High School*
• 11:30pm* – Student Pick-up at CHS Band Room

Please note, these volunteer sign-ups allows us to comply with the school’s request to better manage volunteer gate entry. You must sign-up each week in order to receive volunteer gate entry. For home games we will be issuing volunteer wristbands to those that sign-up, otherwise, you will be asked to purchase a ticket by the gate attendant to enter the game.

Volunteers who sign up to help during half time will need to dress in all black please.
