The Carrollton Trojans are excited to host the the University of Alabama’s ‘Million Dollar Band’ at their football home opener against the Newnan Cougars on Friday, August 29th, 2014. Alabama’s band will be performing their show during pre-game festivities starting around 7:10pm in preparation for their appearance during half time at the Chick-fil-A Kickoff Game in Atlanta at the Georgia Dome on Saturday, August 30th, 2014 when the Alabama Crimson Tide will be taking on the West Virginia Mountaineers.

With more than 420 members, The Million Dollar Band is one of the largest and best bands in the country and we are super excited to have them march into Grisham Stadium with our very own Trojan Marching Band!

Confirming Alabama’s appearance, Carrollton High School Principal Dr. Mark Albertus stated, “It will be a great environment for our kids and our fans. The atmosphere in Grisham Stadium will be electric. We’re expecting a big crowd and a lot of excitement.”
