Just a quick note to let you know that Ms. Dothard’s availability has been added to our internet calendar as “Band Room open.” These are the times that it would be appropriate to pick up the latest fundraiser (Coke Sale is currently going on), or make a payment towards band fees, which can also be paid using the school’s website. Ms. Dothard can also accept payments for Disney, but band fees and Disney payments must be made separately. All Disney payments must be turned in in an envelope labeled: DISNEY TRIP and include the student or chaperone name, date, and amount. Please do not drop off cash.
