Payments

You will have the choice of making payments online through your checking account
for no fee, OR you can choose to use a credit card, which incurs a 2% convenience fee.

Autopay

You have the option to enroll in autopay, or you can log in and authorize each
payment.

• $75 deposit due by June 20, 2025* (non-refundable)
• $125 due by July 20, 2025
• $125 due by August 20, 2025
• $125 due by September 20, 2025
• $125 due by October 20, 2025
• $125 due by November 20, 2025
• $125 due by December 20, 2025
• $125 due by January 20, 2026
• Balance due by February 20, 2026

*If paying the booster club, payments are due 1 calendar week earlier to allow for processing time.

Payments

All travelers must REGISTER first.

You have multiple options for paying for the trip. You can pay cash to the booster club, and your payment will be logged and then sent to Super Holiday Tours for processing. This process takes much longer to complete before your payment is posted in the Super Holiday Tours portal.

Cancellation/Changes

Anyone who drops out of the trip will be refunded according to the refund policy stated below. Additionally, anyone who misses three (3) consecutive monthly payments will have their spot(s) revoked and will be refunded according to the refund policy stated below.

All cancellations and changes in the number of attendees must be made in writing, indicating the reason for cancellation, dated and signed by the Group Leader. Because of this, we must have time to submit your request to Super Holiday Tours. Below is the cancellation policy:

July 21, 2025 – August 20, 2025	$150 per person cancellation fee
August 21, 2025 – September 20, 2025	$200 per person cancellation fee
September 21, 2025 – October 20, 2025	$350 per person cancellation fee
October 21, 2025 – November 20, 2025	$500 per person cancellation fee
November 21, 2025 – December 20, 2025	$700 per person cancellation fee
December 21, 2025 – January 20, 2026	$850 per person cancellation fee
January 21, 2026 – February 20, 2026	$950 per person cancellation fee
After February 20, 2026	NO REFUNDS

Travel Protection

The Student Protection Plan has been purchased on behalf of all travelers, which helps protect you after departure.

Insurance for Trip Cancellation is available but has not been purchased on your behalf. After you register for the trip, you will be asked if you would like to add this optional coverage. The cost of the coverage will be due with your first deposit. Travelers only have 20 days from the time of the initial deposit to add the insurance to their account. The Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) insurance covers 75% of the cost of the trip.
