Congratulations Class of 2025!

On Friday evening, we had the privilege to celebrate our Carrollton High School class of 2025 by performing as part of the graduation ceremony. It is always an honor to be included in the ceremony, and our students performed expertly! Then, after the ceremony, they assisted with cleaning up all of our equipment. Our students are true professionals! They understand the job required and always perform impressively!

It was a night to honor all of our Carrollton High School students, but 28 of them hold a special place in our hearts, for they left their legacy with our Trojan Band! We proudly recognize the 28 seniors of the Carrollton High School Band Class of 2025 for their remarkable achievements as musicians and scholars. This talented group earned over $140,000 in scholarships, was accepted to over 40 colleges and universities, and is heading into a wide range of academic fields and professional paths.

Their post-secondary plans include attendance at some very prestigious universities! The list includes:

  • Georgia Institute of Technology
  • University of Georgia
  • University of Alabama at Birmingham
  • Auburn University
  • Mississippi State University
  • University of Alabama
  • Georgia Southern University
  • Berry College
  • Jacksonville State University
  • Mercer University
  • Troy University
  • Kennesaw State University
  • Reinhardt University

While their destinations are diverse, their experiences in band have helped shape their goals and prepared them for success. Several plan to major in Music Education, aiming to give back to the programs that shaped them. Others are pursuing fields such as:

  • Immunology
  • Landscape Architecture
  • Political Science (Pre-Law)
  • Music Therapy
  • ESOL Teacher
  • Nursing
  • Business
  • Accounting
  • and more!

These seniors have held leadership positions within the band, maintained academic honors, and contributed to the school and local community in countless ways. They leave Carrollton not just as talented musicians, but as driven, thoughtful, and well-prepared young adults.

We congratulate the Class of 2025 band seniors on their hard-earned success. Their achievements are a reflection of the strength of the Trojan Band program and a powerful sign of what’s to come in their next chapter! Remember, “once my band, always my band!” We are proud of you! Congratulations!
