Trojans 1-0, Home Game on Friday

Outstanding job on Friday night! Although the rain decided to make the evening more challenging and a very minor bus accident delayed us getting home, our students handled themselves and the situation with maturity and grace. Thank you so much to the parents who assisted as chaperones, on the logistics crew, and who provided patience with the evenings events. This Friday our Trojans face Columbia High School at home in Grisham Stadium. We will debut more of our show and pull the flag for Battle Hymn. We look forward to seeing you there!

Columbia Game Itinerary

We have our 1st home game on Friday. Students should eat before reporting at 6:00PM to get into uniform.

  • 5:50PM Stairwell closed to ascending traffic so that we can get the uniforms down the band room
  • 6:00PM Report and get into uniform
  • 6:30PM Uniform Check
  • 6:45PM Depart for the AMP
  • 7:10PM Pre-Game
  • 7:30PM Kick-Off
  • 10:30ish Game Ends

Band Shop

Chrissy Robinson is working hard to bring great new merch options to our band fans. She will have the following items available on Friday nights in front of the band room for home games as well as Thursday night rehearsals between 7:30pm – 8:30pm. If you need something on Thursday, please email her at chrisnico52784@gmail.com so that she can make sure to have it out for you.

Thank you to everyone who has already brought in water! We are still collecting water and can accept donations any day next week. Thank you so much for your help in keeping our students hydrated!

Health in Band • Edgenuity • PAST DUE

All work was due by Friday, July 26, 2024. If you have not completed the eADAP course yet, that is still open. Get it done now. The rest of the coursework must be completed in Edgenuity and is set up by an assistant principal. If you did not complete the Edgenuity for any reason, please email Dr. Carr. He will be discuss how to proceed with administration.

  1. Visit: www.clever.com/in/Trojans and LOG IN, using your school login information. 
  2. Click on Imagine Edgenuity, it has a purple icon

CutTime • UPDATE

We have finally made some strong progress towards this transition. We lose access to Charms at the end of the month, so this transition will be completed in the next few weeks. Be on the look out for a text message soon. In this text message will be a MAGIC LINK. Each link is specific per guardian and should not be shared. The link will allow you to access your students account. In the account you will be able to access an itemized report of your band account, the schedule, and more. Once you receive this link, save it and keep it handy.
