Sponsorships – Forms are PAST due!
We need everyone to turn in their spreadsheet indicating if you have or have not made contact with the businesses assigned to you. This needs to be turned in Tuesday morning! If you need more sponsorship forms or more time, please email Jennifer Carden at email@example.com.
JSU Band Day
Mr. Carr will be registering our students on Tuesday. If you forgot to sign up by Wednesday of last week, this is your last chance. Do it right now.
Student Participation Cost: FREE, includes a t-shirt, a ticket to the game, and massed band participation • Chaperone cost: FREE – t-shirt not included though.
All participants will need money for lunch and dinner. We are still working out details for this part of the day. If you registered previously and already paid money for the event, that money will be refunded or can be applied to your band fees or trip account. Please let us know how you would like it applied.

- 11:00AM CST: Lunch enroute (approx. $10)
- 12:30PM CST: Meet outside JSU Stadium at Scoreboard
- 1:00-2:00PM CST: Music sectionals
- 2:00-3:00PM CST: Rehearsal in JSU Stadium
- 5:00PM CST: Seated on the Visitors Side
- 5:30PM CST: Pre-Game begins
- 6:00PM CST: Kick-off (Go Gamecocks and Blow Southerners!)
- Bring money for concessions for dinner (approx. $20)
Disney Trip – Limited Spaces Are Available
Reminder! The September trip payment is due Monday, September 27th. This payment is $150.00. If you are behind on payments, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to work out a payment arrangement.
Did you forget to sign-up for the Disney Trip? We are still allowing people to sign up for the trip. Right now there are still a very limited number of seats available. Amazon Wishlist – Updated for Fall Season
We have created an Amazon Wishlist with items that we could use this marching season. We would like to have snacks available for the bus rides to and from away games. If you haven’t completed the eADAP process or the other units yet, you are beginning to fall behind. Please work diligently to get caught up. The eADAP component is required for you to receive credit for the health class. Get caught up by the end of this week.
Things are about to get busier. Do not forget to keep working on your health classwork. Many students have completed the class already!! Congratulations!!
